Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During busy periods, promotions or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in dispatching your order, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at checkout.

Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the delivery location.

Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, customs, weather conditions or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected delivery method and location.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct and complete.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the packaging and the product.

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout.

International Shipping

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law. Full details are available in our Returns Policy.
