At Aria Beauty, we are committed to providing high quality products and excellent customer service. Our 5 Year Limited Warranty is designed to give you added peace of mind.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use for a period of five years from the original date of purchase.

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Aria Beauty will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product free of charge.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, mishandling or improper use
Use with incorrect voltage or electrical supply
Accidental damage, drops, shocks or impact
Water or liquid damage
Cosmetic damage or scratches
Normal wear and tear
Broken plugs, cables or external damage
Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorised persons

Damage resulting from any of the above is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not covered under this warranty.

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under this warranty, reasonable return postage costs may be reimbursed upon proof of postage.

All warranty inspections and repairs must be carried out by authorised service providers.

This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
